I brought this kit a while ago and just got around to constructing it. After opening the kit to inspect, there was very little molding flash, all the parts where straight, and accounted for. I discovered it was a background building, I was a little disappointed, but the building looks great. This was a very basic kit and the directions were very clear and easy to follow. I did not add paint or any modifications other than some roof details (i.e. Air Conditional Unit and a vent which was not part of the kit). The kit comes with window treatments and stickers for the building entryway and front. This was an easy project that fit well into my modern city scenery.
