I'm not always a fan of the Walthers structure kits - but this one is GREAT! Very clean pieces that fit well together and make a very impressive structure for your layout. I used mine as a 'public works' building with the lower door acting as an entry way for the town trolley. Big windows mean plenty of opportunities for nice interior and lighting work.

Nicely detailed building, easy to assemble with easy directions to follow. Highly recommend to dry fit all parts before cementing them in place. Some parts look very similar but are mirror images so be careful and check twice but glue once. Model comes in 4 color plastic and clear glass, but also recommend to add some painted detail to make your version distinctive and to bring out some of the hidden detail. Typical high quality Walthers' structure and would recommend it without reservation.
