Just Plug Lighted Police Car

I wanted to add this lighted police car to compliment Woodland Scenics Auto Scene Cop'n A Kiss on my layout. The flashing light would be non-static and add realism to my layout. I was surprised to learn that the stock picture used by Hobbylinc and other model railroad vendors for JP5613 was actually a picture of JP5593--the HO version of the same police car. The red roof bubble in the N scale version, JP5613, does not have the red roof bubble (see gallery pictures). A couple of daubs of Aleen's Tacky Glue placed over the bare LED light on the roof will look fine after you paint it red (see gallery pictures). The head and tail lights are wired separately from the flashing roof light so they can be operated independently from one another. The wiring is very thin and kinky. It does not have the standard plastic coating. I'm unsure as to whether it is anodized or not, but, if you want to shorten the wire (it's 3 feet long) you will need to scrape the new ends to remove the coating to achieve conductivity.
