Fantastic Customer Care and Concern

This item was ordered for me as a Christmas present to allow me to finish my shopping area of my train layout. To my surprise when I opened the box the Fresh Market shop was not what was in it. Instead I receive the Main St. Merchantile. I called customer service and they couldn't apologize enough for the mix up, (which was not done on their end but on the end of the manufacturer). They immediately shipped me the Fresh Market Shop making sure that they opened the box to assure that the correct item was in the box. I was not charged anything additional for this to be done. To me the way that HOBBYLINC, showed concern for my problem and the way that they immediately addressed and corrected the problem makes them a 5 Star company and one that I will be sure to make known to fellow hobbyist and friends. Thank You HOBBYLINC.

Great Detail
