Blended turf works well in any scale.
This foam material may be layered as much as desired to create a natural, realistic scene.
The plastic shaker bottle has a twist lid which has two flip tops
one allows you to spoon out the product, and the other allows you
to shake the product out onto your layout.
The Earth Blend is brownish in color with accents of green, red, orange and yellow.
Produce realistic scenery whether you're a beginner or advanced modeler.
This product is easy to use and virtually foolproof.

First time

Turf blended is the only way to go. I am really just starting out with a ho scale - two 4 x 8 foot table set up and this stuff works great for small areas and on the mountains. But like I said I'm just starting out so I just wish it was easier to spread over said areas. Over all I like the blended turf better, adds depth. I will be purchasing more in the next few weeks.

Dirt is dirt.

I found this easy to work with, not a lot of effort or experience needed to gain realistic results. Even after a tragic mishap messing up the area I had used the product in. I was able to fix the mess by lightly brushing the messed up part, and adding more product. I appreciate forgiving products because I am not a crafty person, and I mess up a lot.
