The Young Adults Scene-A-Rama figures by Woodland Scenics are better suited to O-scale as opposed HO-scale as described in the title. The description is correct when describing the height range (from 1.3 to 1.5 (3.3 cm to 3.81 cm)). The paint and details on these figures are good and are a great way to liven up school projects and dioramas, too.
