Great to see a re-issue of the 1/72 Airfix US Marines figure set. Used these back in the 1980s for tabletop gaming. Blowing the dust off my old wargaming rules and recruiting new troops for tabletop wargaming. These figures are nicely detailed and (if you have good eyesight) can be painted to enhance the molded details. Great for military dioramas with 1/72 scale military vehicles.

This was a great kit. Especially for beginners and casual modelers. Youth or those who want to build 1/72 diaoramas. You can paint the figures for display or use them as toys. But they are quite detailed. I painted some and put in diaoramas I’ll have up soon. Gives credit to Marines. They also have different weapons appropriate for ww2 Pacific theatre or Korean War such as Garand, m1 carbine, m3 Grease gun smog, Bazooka and rafts. Aswell as machine gunners with Browning Machine guns.
