Excellent kit with plenty of character. Great fun to paint and detail. Kit also included graphics to make the building a Chinese Restaurant.

This is the first time I have built a kit by Downtown Deco. It was a lot of fun and quite different from the plastic I am used to. In plaster, the building is very detailed (bricks, mortar and patching look), easy to paint. You can give it many different looks. You will be doing some sanding and filing, just go slow and keep checking the fit so you do not take too much material off. The signs and advertising are paper, but very easy to work with. Really adds a lot to your layout. Very realistic looking.
