This is a great kit for a weekend project or to get yourself out of a slump with model building. Highly recommended.

"Pleasantly surprised by how nice it is."

Don't pass over this kit because it's a snap tight/curbside model. The detail on the body and interior is excellent. Great quality parts and assembly is a breeze. Only minor issue was that I needed some glue to close the gap on the front seat halves. A beginner could build a car to be proud of without doing any painting or gluing. An advanced modeler can focus on painting with very nice results!

"Great little curbside classic!"

Building this kit really took me back to my early childhood when I first started building model cars with my dad. No flash at all, and molds are crisp. Two sets of decals. One water slide and the other one stickers. Adjustable ride height is a cool feature. Great kit for first time builders, as well as, a cool cruise down memory lane for us old timers!

"Great for a quick build."

Using a model knife, carefully remove the mold lines. Then using sanding pads you can buff these areas back to a glossy finish. Once yo do that you can hit the body with clear to have excellent black finish without painting the body. Paint the interior and use either the water decals or provided stickers for the interior. Use a new silver metallic sharpie or Molotow chrome pen for the chrome and side trim. If you want added detail use a new gold or bronze metallic sharpie on the emblems.
