Diesel Maintenance Facility for Yard

This model took extra time, since the instructions lacked drawings and each piece required extra work for alignment. The fuel shed included a pump and piping to the diesel fuel tank, but the tank ends didn't fit easily into the brass tube. The inspection track requires you to glue two 2 3/8 pieces together on each side that required careful filing, but the included track pieces allowed good alignment with these pieces. The I-Beam crane hoist has great detail with the trolley casting fitting nicely with the I-Beam piece. The steam cleaner included enough plastic tubing for molding the hose line, but it was missing the steam pipe. (I used the excess shaft from the I-Beam hoist for the steam pipe.) Overall, the four-piece maintenance set was a good deal, with excellent detail using the pewter castings.
