"Great acrylic paint"

Paint to Thinner range 2:1 to 1:1 for airbrushing depending on air pressure, paint volume and distance from subject. Experiment on scrap plastic first. Good match for Japanese cockpit

Nice color and covers nice. Stands out nicely. First time I used this color and will use it on all models.

"Tamiya paints are essential for my modeling hobby"
Steve K (Ohio)
Tamiya acrylic model paint is the best I have used and I have used many different brands. It always looks flat if that's what you want is a matte finish and it applies well and soothes out nicely. I thin it 2:1 to as much as 1:1 with 91 % alcohol for spraying with an air brush. (Don't thin with water as I have found that it will sputter and splatter when sprayed making a mess only use Tamiya thinner or alcohol). It cleans up well including your air brush with plain old Windex or Fantastic cleaner. I have not found that I need expensive thinners which is not the case with many other brands of model paints. Hobbylinc prices on Tamiya paint are the best I have found for a hobby shop that actually has the paint and selection in stock.
