A nice bubble top P-47D for your model shelf!

Typical for Academy's 1/72 offerings, it features a good cockpit and fine surface detail for an affordable price. Stores include wing and centerline drop tanks, bombs and bazooka tubes. Engine is 2-piece, giving decent detail. Marking options feature the Eileen scheme from the box, and a stripe-tailed bird serving in Italy, in 1944. Overall details are a step above Hobby Boss's P-47D, but not quite as robust as Tamiya's. It sits comfortably in the middle, and for the price I'm super happy with it! Recommended.
