"Poor edition of old-school M109 Howitzer"

Poor version of venerable Howitzer. The three piece hull makes a weak base for the road wheels and treads . The turret base is only dropped into the upper hull and not held in place like usual for armor kits. Having spent 10 years in the US army Field Artillery and worked on these same guns, this is one to avoid. Other modelers may have different opinions of the kit but this is really too old school for me.

I enjoyed building this M-109 kit, it took one day to assemble and needed no sanding or filling. There was minimal flash on the parts and they fit together very well. It is just a basic kit but with some research it can be made into any version you want. There is an option for short or long barrel gun. This kit is worth adding to your armor collection.
