Very easy kit to assemble.I had very little flashing and took my time lining the walls up and it came out pretty straight.Id recommend this kit.....
I had to take my time with this one.I had the usual hood alignment issues but worked thru it.All in all it was a good build and would recommend it and will buy another for a project I have in mind.....

This kit was a joy to build, everything went together like it should. Would definitely recommend it.....
I enjoyed this build everything fit well.I had issues making the cab level but that was my fault.I love building these old trucks with those old Detroits.Would recommend this kit and will probably pur....
I loved building this one,everything went together well.Ive always loved these old GMCs and those Detroit 8-71s are just badass.Id recommend this kit and may purchase another one myself....
Had some fun building this one,used the drag tires and the 454 but used the factory hood and kinda tucked in the rear slicks...bult it like a friend of mine had back in the 80s.I did my own thing with....
If you are looking for a kit that goes together well this one didnt.The front springs had no locator pins and there was only one hole on the left side of the frame so I used that one hole to start mou....
I loved building this old dump...just a fw issues to deal with like the hood and front grill but with little fitting it all worked out.Probably gonna buy another one of these....
Not a bad thing to say about this kit,very little flash and things went together as they should have.The fact that its an AMT with the ERTL name as well speaks to why its not like most other AMT kits.....
I had a few issues with the build but enjoyed building this old beast regardless.Very little flashing and the front axle was straight and took time to try and get the hood,fenders and cab aligned but ....
