Dragon has done a good job representing the Canadian Sexton II. The kit is based on one of their Shermans and includes sprues for nearly two complete suspension systems, one standard HVSS and the heavy duty HVSS as used on the Sexton II. You will also end up with a spare transmission cover and many other parts for your spares collection.
There are some fit issues that you will need to address during assembly, particularly at the rear of the engine deck. I also strongly urge that you ignore the instruction build sequence and install the back wall of the fighting compartment prior to installing the floor or you will find it extremely difficult if not impossible due to the way the parts interlock. Another area that can cause issues is the fit of the DS tracks. Put them together before gluing the drive sprockets and idler wheels in place to make sure the tracks will fit without being overly stretched. Dragon could stand to add a link or two to the length of the tracks - or better yet, go back to their Magic Tracks!
Despite the fit issues this builds into a nice model. Just be prepared to do a LOT of dry fitting and adjusting during construction!
