Frustrating to assemble
I believe this is a resin model - it is not injection-molded plastic. None of the walls have square sides - you need to sand them down in order to get the building to fit together correctly. I've found it very impossible to achieve a good fit. The loading dock is particularly annoying. Most of the windows were covered with flash and even a with new x-acto blade they are hard to clean up nice. I'm 3 hours into this kit and have nothing to show for it:-
Enjoyed the kit
Not a 5 because it had a little more flash than usual, Model Master glue worked fine. Most of the flash is on the dock doors and I cut them out and updated them to roll up doors anyway. The picture does not show the back side, which does not have a loading dock.
Made some color changes
Painted to match other buildings & give it a aged brick using acrylic paints.
