"Cute little farm house"
abrielle (Jonesboro, AR)
Relatively easy to put together but be warned - there are parts in this kit that are NOT for this kit - which is a bit confusing. I guess you could use them if you didn't want this it to look exactly like the picture. I do also wish they had numbered the ALL the parts - that might of made it easier too.

"Fine Model, Hilariously AWFUL instructions"
michael.t.walker
This model house was quite passable; it had nice details (small patterns indicating clapboard and brick), and the overall design had charm. The box said it was made in Germany, yet the plastic seemed of the typical, modern, Chinese low-end variety: slightly translucent, which makes it look a little cheesy when set next to Plasticville or Life-Like models of the same scale. My real complaint is the instruction sheet: the most lazy, uncaring, hilariously USELESS instructions I've ever seen for any product. They were so incomplete that about 50% of my assembly of the kit was pure guesswork; if there hadn't been a picture of the model on the box I would've been totally lost. The instructions gave numbers for the pieces, but the pieces themselves were not numbered; moreover, the illustrations were so badly drawn and vague as to be almost worthless. After finishing the kit I was left with a handful of pieces that I still have absolutely no idea what to do with, since they weren't mentioned in the instructions and have no apparent relation to the rest of the model. Is this an accidental mishmash of two different kits? Or are the instructions from some other era or stage of design? I have no idea, but won't be purchasing another Model Power product. This model would be okay for an experienced adult, but PLEASE do not purchase this for a child.

"Quality farm house with great detail."
Craig (Midland, MI)
The detail in this farm house adds to a realistic look and yet, it was relatively easy to assemble. It came in pre-molded colors but I chose to paint it myself and it looks great. I'm sold on the quality and details of Model Power structures.
