This 1/48 scale kit is from a Chinese modeling company that until now I have never heard of called I Love Kit. The pros for this kit are as follows: You have two versions you can do. The one I did is from Argentina while the one on the cover of the box has it in American colors. The majority of the components fit well with some sanding involved. The painting and marking guide for whatever version you want to do is in full color and has it in every angle you can imagine. It also has a paint reference color chart that you can use to find alternative colors if your hobby shop doesn’t carry Mr. Hobby paint.
The cons for this kit are as follows: The instructions on how to paint the interior of the aircraft are quite minimalistic to say the least. The interior struts on the aircraft are either too small or big in which case made assembling the top and bottom wings more difficult than it should be. The decals are way too fragile and fold over too easy. This is true when one of the larger number decals folded over and there was nothing I could do to fix it. The painting and marking guide doesn’t really tell you what squadron in both Argentinean and American versions belong to.
In conclusion, I give this kit a rating of 4 stars out of 5. I Love Kit if you’re reading this, I highly recommend that you do a better job with your decals as to not make them fold over so easily. Other than that, it’s a solid kit from you and I enjoyed building and painting it.
