"Colorful"

Rocket_starship (Boonton, NJ)

I had a nice time paining this one. The various colors made it very enjoyable to paint. The build though is a little more complicated. The directions although not too thorough, and the lack of info regarding which pieces ended up not being used would have been useful. Upon receiving the kit some pieces were molded into wavy shapes, but they fit and I had fun.

"HO scale tugboat build"

Full Steam Ahead

This is a nice tugboat kit as there are not many out there in this scale. The detail is limited and actually a little larger than HO's 1/87. You will want to switch out the crew figures that come with the kit for actual HO 1/87 if using on a scale layout. Go together well with a little work cleaning up flash. I would recommend this kit but there will be some work to make it more detailed and look right for HO scale use.
