It's great to see this kit re-introduced. The fit is pretty good all around, the instructions clear and easy to follow, and the painting guide is right on the mark. So, if you're looking to build this straight out of the box you won't be disappointed. On the other hand, if you want to add your own lighting, engine detail, fiber optics and custom electronics, there's many aftermarket supplies you can take your pick from, including 3D printed details. In the photos of my build, I chose to light the trenches, tower, bridge and launch bays all with fiber -- over 600 fibers ranging from 0.50mm to 1.0mm. The engines are directly lit from blue LEDs ranging in size from 1.8mm to 5mm with engine inserts from Shapeways 3D printing service. The paint scheme is the same as recommended in the instructions and I couldn't be more happy about the selections. All in all, I highly recommend this kit.
