This is an authentic looking industrial building. What sets it apart from the other model kits I have put together, is the ease in following the directions and the fact that the parts are numbered for identification. It was challenging and fun. Highly recommend.

I built this kit for a model railroad customer I have been making models for. The assembly is pretty simple. One sticking point was the interior wall girders. You will need to trim them to make them fir properly. Aside from that, it was a simple build. The interior is open so you can add many details inside. It also comes with an EMD Prime Mover diesel-electric train engine. A nice addition that can be positioned inside or outside the building.
