Soviet KV2 Heavy Tank (Snap) (New Tool)

this kit is easy to go together but has more parts than most of the tank in this series I have built. The turret turns but the gun doesn't elevate the tracks are 1 piece the hull is easy i think 5 parts the turret however has 7 parts they are all snap so no glue required. The hassle as always is no decals.

Initially I thought the Zvezda options for 15mm were, Meh. I have since come to realize my mistake. I have built quite a few of these models now,primarily, if not exclusively, in 15mm. And at this point I have to say that my biggest complaint is with the inaccurate tracks on all the tanks,HOWEVER!, by the time you get done bringing accurate detail to them, and in my case I use them only for dioramas and not wargaming, I have to say that they are on par and more than adequate in comparison to the other offerings in 15mm (PSC, FoW) respectively. And Zvezda offers the ability to purchase single units which can either augment existing units or create new fragmented units, i.e., diminished platoons/troops.

A bit more fragile and harder to assemble than other Zvezda 1/100 tank kits. Great details but no decals.
