This little four room motel is the perfect place for the visitors of my train world to stay. I like easy to build models like this one. snap it together and place it, however, I did use a little model cement. I think the manufacture created a very realistic looking pool water. I did find the assembly instruction confusing. The instructions called each piece of the model by number. Each piece of the model was molded with letters.Model building is not my great skill in life and I did not have any problem building this model, so if you are a good model builder you will have no problem at all.
