This building has nice half-timber details, shutters and window frames. I modified the building by cutting and switching the front and rear walls so that the door faced the front of the building. I painted and weathered this building using acrylic paints. Paper signs, awnings and window mask is included to help block the light if lamp is installed. I use the window masks supplied with these kits primarily for the window shades and curtain detail as I typically paint the inside of the walls and roof black. The mask alone is not dark enough to block the light especially when the exterior building paint colors are light.
