Realistic Bricks easy to detail

I'm modeling a track side factory in 1/8th scale. These 1/12th scale bricks look fine for closing off unneeded windows in the old factory. I would do the whole building in sheets of this brick, but that's too much work since the building foot print is 6 feet long and 4 feet wide. (It's a big version of the Sicken Tire Factory on my N scale layout.) To simulate the mortar, I painted with Concrete color from the small Earth Colors Set from Woodland Scenic. I'll waterproof the final finish since this is going to live outdoors. The bricks are easy to age and tuck point with just the Concrete paint. I diluted it with 50% water and brushed it in the grooves. Then I wiped the faces of the brick with a paper towel, leaving just a trace of paint to weather and age the brick faces. These sheets of bricks are easy to cut with shears and and easy to match together so the grooves line up. I made all my seams meet at the bottom of the grooves.
