This pic and the next show the range of pivot motion gained if not gluing the springs to the trunnion tube. The pivot is real and I can't understand why AMT did not mention not gluing this in the instructions.

Rear view disconnected from truck.

Chassis neck drooping to ground, as it should if disconnected from truck and not supported. Achieved by not gluing springs to trunnion tube.
