This Lonestar is painted with Model Master Sterling Silver Metallic Lacquer and Testor's Purple-Licious Lacquer. Both colors were rubbed-out with Meguiar's Auto Polish, no clear coat was used.

If you are aiming for a good half-fender to fender fit you need to modify the half-fenders and change the location of the coolant recovery bottle.

This is a picture of the passenger side lower fender. It has been modified for a better fit with the top fender which is attached to the hood. Other than the instructions, this is the 2nd biggest challenge with this kit, unless a 6mm gap does not bother you!
