Good kit at a decent price
This is a decent kit of a Panzer III, Ausf L, at a decent price. Many tank models today go from the mid 40's to the low 80's. If you are just starting out, this kit gives you the opportunity to build a kit that doesn't cost a fortune. Additionally, if you are trying to learn how to weather, etc., a vehicle/tank, this one won't cost you a lot to practice on. One thing about the kit is the instructions are a little vague about assembling the gun. Take your time, read through the instructions and look at how the gun is supposed to be mounted once completed as this will give you an idea how to build out the gun. This for me will be a part of a much larger diorama and one of these models will be used as a destroyed tank. On a side note, if you are looking for something to use as a basic platform for a small diorama you could use 2 sheets of Plastruct #91106 painted with Tamiya Red Brown and then dusted with Dark Green and Dark Yellow, all of which can be found here at Hobbylinc. I used to use a wooden folding tray to display my builds and take photos to share, but the Plastruct as painted above is head and tails above that. As far as the model, I didn't use the figure, as it looks as if it is on parade instead of going into battle. There are aftermarket tracks on the tank I built and highly recommend those as it makes a significant impact on how the tank looks. They are a pain to build, but once together they are worth it. I have another one of these that I am going to build out in the camouflage scheme and will probably get another to use as a destroyed tank. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a Panzer III with a little detail and at a reasonable price.
Great kit
This is a great kit from Tamiya. The details are nice and crisp. As with any Tamiya kit I have built, there is very little flash, always a great fit and the instructions are very easy to follow. I was a little disappointed by the rubber band tracks as I feel you get better detail out of molded plastic ones, but they are the kind that can be glued together with plastic cement. I'd recommend this kit to anyone, as the only thing I saw wrong with the kit were personal preferences.
Tank perfection
So far this is my favorite tank kit I've built, no question. Tamiya fit, details and design came through strong again. I only with there were more interior details. It was fun to build it with the hatches open and would have been neat to see more stuff in there. First time I've tried this camo pattern with the airbrush and I love the results. Awesome kit.
Excellent Panzer III kit
As usual Tamiya has another great kit in this one. Went together easily with great instructions, no flash, parts go tighter well. Includes decals for several variants. And on this one the tracks glue together easily and hold and look good. Well made kit which I recommend to everyone. This one needs to be in your collection.
Panzer Kpfw lll Ausf. L
Very fun kit to build. Finished for Tank 133 of sPzAbt 502 1st Company, in Russia winter of 1943. Heavy winter wash has begun to fade and chip, these units provided cover for the Tigers from anti tank guns and troops. A survivor of heavy engagements. Overall very good fit, zero flash, and fun.
German pz tank
I haven't started building thing model yet but I did look at it. Everything looks good and it should be an easy build.I have not built that many tanks so I am gonna take my time so I can make sure that it will turn out good and I already have a good idea on what I plan on putting it with.
Another great Tamiya product well worth it.
Excellent model from Tamiya once again. This took me a little while due to time constraints, but this is well worth it. Little or no flashing. All parts fit together very well. I only wish they would have provided a Africa korp figure. Other than that it was a great model and highly recommend

I just received this tank along with another german tank.I was going to start on a trumpeter German 2cm Flakvierling 38 Aug Selbstfahrlafette but I found out that i was going to need a jig for the tracks something i didn't have to t order one.so I started something else.
Outstanding kit.
This model is no doubt great to add to any collection of Tamiya models as the quality never fails. I've always had Tamiya tanks as my first choice for building, they're simply great. I'm looking forward to building this one in great detailing.
Detail..
Overall fun model to build lots of added crisps detail that comes with kit including one figure, tools, and spare parts Allows for hatches to be open or closed and has added detail inside turret and main gun. Highly recommend to add to your collection.
Pleased with Tamiya again, pleased to add to collection.

Looking forward to construct the model. I enjoy taking my time and make it. Good detail. Possibly display in the a setting of North Africa or invasion of France.
Mark III panzer
The instructions for the gun market were unclear. I took my time and studyed them. It was still unclear as how to build the market.
