Some hobby manufacturers have started requiring that all parts requests go directly to them, instead of through Hobbylinc Customer Support.
This makes sense as it cuts out several middle-men from the process and let's customers interact directly with the manufacturer (or importer).
If your product is missing pieces or is defective, make sure to let the manufacturer know so they can support you under the warranty for the product. Warranty parts replacement should be free, but some manufacturers may charge a shipping fee.
The following manufactures require customers to contact them directly:
|Academy||ACY||Model Rectifier (732) 225-6360|
|Easy Model||EYM||Model Rectifier (732) 225-6360|
|Hobby Boss||HBO||Model Rectifier (732) 225-6360|
|Italeri||ITA||Model Rectifier (732) 225-6360|
|MRC||MRC||Model Rectifier (732) 225-6360|
For other manufacture's warranty support, check the box or instructions for how to contact them.
