"Definitely Not For The Beginner!!!"

This definitely is not a kit for the beginning modeler, it has way too many issues that the inexperienced modeler will have problems with.If one is a true Brat lover I would probably recommend it.

"Turns out nice with patience"

Although you can expect moments of frustration with parts that don't quite fit, this kit turns out well with some patience. I have a soft spot for the BRAT so I didn't mind the fit issues too much and they were all correctable. The tires are a bit too narrow for the rims, but you can push them to the outside edge and put a few drops of white glue on the inner lip of the rim to keep the tires pushed to the outside edge. In he end I spent a great deal more time than anticipated on this kit and the instructions are sort of average for older inexpensive model kits, so it's probably not great for a novice. Still, I'm happy that AMT re-released this one.
