"AWESOME KIT"

The Maxi Alpha III is a great kit in stock trim. It is big and easy to see the whole flight on a 24mm D or E motor and is a real crowd pleaser. It goes together easily and is designed with the flyer in mind as there is no sanding or painting required to have a great looking and flying rocket. That being said - This bird can easily be converted to 29mm motors by experienced modelers and it is on a G40 that this bird really shines I have converted mine to 29mm, added a camera pod and an electronics bay for dual deployment. This is a great rocket and should be in your fleet

"Big and Easy to Build"

This is an impressive rocket, both on the ground and in the air. PROS: Easy construction, great size, impressive flights. CONS: The plastic fins break easy. I recommend making sure you fly this in an area where it can land on soft ground. I'm not that happy with the decals/paint scheme.

"Great Performance"

This is a durable straight flying rocket. It performs well with an E18-7W or an E28-7T RMS engine and is really awesome with an F39-9T. I've flown it at least a dozen times in the past twelve months without any problems. Although a bit more complex than most rocket kits of this size it's not that hard to put together.

"Impressive sight"

I built this rocket in about an hour easy to build and looks great. It is a great size and flies nice on D12-5. I flew it 5 times in one afternoon and no problems. I'm going to get another one and change the paint scheme.
