Executioner-E Model Rocket Kit

The Estes Executioner E is a nice size rocket and is shorter then the Estes Colossus, of the 1980's. The Colossus was 51.25 inches in length and reached 300 feet, in altitude, on a 24 mm D motor. The Executioner is 38.5 inches in length, has more power and goes higher on composite motors. It would make a really nice up powered 3 x 24 mm motor cluster, but I will be up powering to twin 29 mm motors and 'Kit Bash' to a Colossus, by adding another BT-80 body tube and JT-80 tube coupler. I will reinforce internally, the full length of the BT-80's with JT-80's with epoxy, use plywood centering rings, an ejection baffle and an E-Bay, with GPS tracker. Attach a Kevlar shock cord to the centering ring and a bungie cord and nylon parachute to the nose cone and add nose weight to re-balance the C/G. The fins are already through tube and will be modified by laminating, with CA and paper, for zero flutter and strength. Super Colossus should see around a mile on 2 G80's and higher on H motors.
