The quality of the masking liquid inside the bottle is unquestionably great. It does the job and it does it well. It dries to the touch in a few minutes, and fully cures in about 15 or so, depending on how much you applied. The applicator brush built into the lid leave a LOT to be desired. If you're building any aircraft that are 1/72 scale, you're not going to have much luck with it. It's big and the liquid is thick; I hardly use it and instead I will use a paintbrush appropriate for the size of the space I'm masking off. For really small areas I'll use a toothpick. If you happen to get any on your clothing, workstation, or hands, it comes off relatively easily. Word of advice: DO NOT APPLY IT TO PAINTED SURFACES. It is very likely that it will strip the paint off, I don't know if that is true for clear coats as well. Overall, it's a great product and Gunze-Sanyo is a reliable company.
