"Hard to assemble"

Hard to assemble very small pieces. The house was Actually pretty easy to put together. But the porch was what was so hard because of the real small pieces but overall it wasn't that hard to put together I would recommend it.

Looks great on any layout by it self or in a neighborhood setting. Hardest part to build is the porch other than that very nice.

This model was good over all but it was not very easy to assemble. Some of the pieces were hard to get to fit together perfectly. This model is perfect for an old neighborhood.
