I am a beginning modeler. This was the wrong kit for a beginner. It is beautiful, the kit is nice (although some of the directions are confusing), but I think you have to be much more advanced to complete this kit. There are over 300 pieces not including the figures and some of them are so small you can hardly get them off the sprue without breaking them. I did not finish this but plan to buy it again when I am more experienced. This takes MAJOR patience!
