Good to have some on hand for general purpose use. At the price, I choose to buy several.

I had never used music wire before this purchase. I wasn't sure what to expect. It's a lot stronger than I thought it would be. It takes a sturdy cutter to cut it and if not easy to bend. I think these are features. They allow making small, functional parts as well as small-scale parts that aren't fragile, like antennae.
