It was nice to build soldiers of the u.s. it reminds us of what this country stands for. good fit of figures.

This set of three American Paratroopers is really good. The sculpting is excellent. Everything is on two separate sprues, and the plastic is just like Zvezda plastic. Like I said, there are three figures in the kit; one is wounded and being helped by a comrade. The figures interlock, sort of, and it’s tricky getting everything together to get them to work and also to get all feet on the ground. The third figure is covering the other two with a B.A.R. There is a ton of extra goodies to go with the figures. I think you could outfit six other troopers with all the spare gear. There is a .45 M1917 revolver, .45 commander, map case, big eyes, camera, holsters (with gun and without) musette bags, rigger pouches and bayonets (even unsheathed bayonets). Interestingly, there are three sets of helmet styles – netted, camo cover or steel pot – with liners. Nice touch. My only beef is that they don’t have medical pouches, which are a must for WW2 soldiers.
