Russian KV3 Heavy Tank

Another of Trumpeter's excellent quality and finely detailed prototype/proposal design tank kits. The kit's tread system is of the molded sectional link design, without option of the long rubber strip type. I was pleased to see that it included an option of gun tube types, the 85mm S-31 gun and the 107mm ZiS-6 gun. The particular unit actually had a total of 4 different guns used in its trial test firings, and if Trumpeter would include a small parts tree with the 76.2mm F-32 and ZiS-5 gun tubes, they would have all of the bases covered. Overall, the kit is excellent in quality and fine detail, and I would recommend it to others.
