This was my first wood kit from American Builders and overall it was a very good kit. The parts are not label on their sheets so I went through and pencil in the numbers against the product sheet. This help me keep organized as I was making the kit. I also did not understand the assemble for the doors and windows so I sent a question to the manufacturer. Within a day I received a detail explanation which was outstanding customer service. One mistake I made was not painting both sides of building which caused warping. I painted the reverse side and the wood straighten out. Lesson learned. Look forward to building additional models from the company.
