I honestly have to rate this kit as average(almost went below average), it came with the whole River Pass HO layout kit system when I purchased the setup. Have built all the buildings so far, several of them the plastic molds were very brittle that when you cut the excess molded plastic off the actual piece, the molded item actually broke. I found this to be true with the two tone buildings. One kit was missing the roof rails and therefore I had to improvise at installing the roof. All the kits were completely sealed in their respective plastic containers, therefore it's from the manufacturer of the kits for Woodland Scenics. As for the metal pieces, there is a large amount of excess flash to clean off the items before painting or using in their natural state. It seems the manufacturers expect the modeler to perform all the cleanup that really should have been performed by them. I personally would not recommend the kit to anyone. In my next layout I will purchase the individual pre-built buildings and accessories. It may cost a few bucks more, but the hassle of doing all the cleanup and repair of the inferior items is very well worth the time and effort.
