This is the TL-1 Traffic Light Controller from Circuitron.

Features

Timing circuitry for standard traffic light. Outputs drive LED or lamp signals (not included).
If LEDs are used, they must be common anode design. All four times are adjustable. Requires 10-18V AC or DC input. Red, yellow and green outputs provided for each direction (six total) and each can drive a 250mA maximum load. Adaptable for all scales.

great device tried out on traffic light works great buying more traffic lights to be operated once i have intersection finished I will send picture easy to wire up I use a small 12 volt dc power supply

Traffic light Control

I am very pleased with this Item. it works very well. I use it at an intersection with (2) types of stop lights. If you are using LED and Bulbs you might have to limit the current to the LEDS with a resister.
