Now in primer, curing for paint. A lot of body work to get a seamless fit on the rear spoilers, and the front and rear roll pans which necessitated the front inner fender assembly be inserted before the interior tub and chassis to prevent damage to the body.

I'm building 2 at a time. The hood scoops look sorta chunky, not at all like the ones on the box art car. I'm thinking of leaving them off the 2nd build. More pictures of the completed kits coming soon. Thank you Hobbylinc!

front and rear roll pans installed before step #4. Done this way so that to fill the gaps with putty, sand and smooth for seamless fit. This will necessitate installing the inner fender assembly 1st, the interior tub, then the chassis to prevent damage to the body during final assembly.

During the build up I have found a few fit issues that caused the body to sit too high over the front wheels on the chassis that will need to be reworked. The chrome plating on the grill in my kit is very thin and rubbed off after just minimal handling (ALCLAD II to the rescue). Still this is a nice
