I already have this product and it has consistently operated without a hitch. Very solid and functions well.

I purchased this product to my harbor N scale train layout. Need to cross the harbor to the south on a Kidney shape layout

Bachmann E-Z track is really easy for my son (elementary school) to assemble. It's a little more expensive than laying your own roadbed, but it's easier to reconfigure your track and grow your layout. We also found that data was preloaded in our track planning software. The switch itself operates well. If you end up with lots of them, you might want a smaller control switch.
