- This very old game has entertained children for a long time.
- Originally played using lengths of straw that were gathered togethe and then allowed to fall onto a heap and then the stkill was t remove pieces of the staw one at a time without any other straw moving. The game has developed over the years but the version fro the 1950s perhaps has the most nostalgic appeal of them all.
- Instead of straws, the items you pick up are things such as rakes saws, crutches and canes.
- Fun for any number of players.
