This scene comes with a policeman waking a person asleep on a bench, a street minstrel sitting on a crate singing for change in his guitar case (yes there is change in the case), a bum pulling a treasure from a trash can and a homeless person who will work for food. ALL OF THIS IS INCLUDED IN THIS ACCENT! This is enough to highlight the entire side of a building if you don't have a park on your layout. I highly recommend it.
