"Nostalgic Dragster"

I was excited to build my first kit form Atlantis, but that soon wore off. I'm probably in the minority but not a fan of the directions and the fact there are no real attachment guide pins for lining things up correctly. The cool factor is there and it does build into a very shelf worthy nostalgic dragster though. I would possibly purchase another just to give another shot.

"An unimproved Classic"

It's nice to see this classic rail being re-released - but it is definitely using the old-school molds. The kit is simple to build, although fitment is somewhat lacking and the instructions could have been a bit better as well. You can make it look good, but it will take some effort of the modeler's part. About half of the included parts are unused in this kit - I believe they are meant for their re-released gasser kit.

Kit went together well.I added a parachute which was not included but was shown on a video of the actual car.Lots and lots of extra parts.Glad I made the purchase as this car was a piece of drag racing history.

I missed this first time around, but thanks to Atlantis I get my chance to build a piece of drag racing history... After looking this over & getting started on it I'm kinda glad that now is when I had the opportunity instead of when I was a kid... This gets 5 stars just for the cool factor & subject matter... For experienced builders....
