1929 Ford Woody Pickup Truck

I would highly recommend this kit to a first-timer or to a seasoned builder. This is a 4n1 kit. You can build it as a woody, stock or custom or a pickup, stock or custom. Of course, you could build anything in between. This model is illustrates the old adage – instructions are really just suggestions. This model could be a very simple straight-forward build or fully blown out to be anything in your imagination. It even has a bonus Huffy bicycle. The fenders and frame are one solid part and extremely well done. The upper woody body is also one piece. Very thoughtful, and would be helpful to a novice builder. Fit is good. Comes with two complete engines (200 ci flat 4cylinder or 239 flathead V8). Vintage spoked wheels or mags. Thin original tires or fat Goodyears for a custom job. I only used 53 parts to build the entire pickup. The entire woody upper was left over. Neat. However, fair warning – the front end is VERY delicate. Make sure that the wheels fit on the axles prior to mounting the suspension. If not, the least amount of pressure will snap either one or both of the front wheels.
