I really love this car bust the kit can be frustrating at times. My only complaint is the roof. The fist kit I bought I made into a convertible which turned out great. The second kit I went wagon and that is where the problems began. I had to rework the roof at the top of the windshield. Gluing the roof was another issue. The next two kits I kit bashed together and built a stretched limo. Made a custom roof from plastic and the front section of the kit roof but after two weeks it looks very sharp. Instructions were well done. I would recommend this kit to people who have built a few models.

I built this as the convertible, had no major issues, just normal sanding for precise fit. Using the wagon parts on another car, haven't decided between 58 Impala or 62 Bel Air

This is a really old kit, almost a curbside kit looking under the chassis. always wanted one so I decided on the Wagon, if you chose the wagon you WILL need to cut the stock trunk off! it has scribe lines underneath so take your time with a new hobby knife and you'll do fine. test fit everything!! it does include a interior pan for the trunk space. I had to cut the sun visors from the window frame to get the top to fit correctly, also had to do some trimming on the top and clamp it into place until the glue dried. the custom front and rear pans/bumpers offer many options I didn't use any headlight to give the appearance of hideaways behind the grille the kit comes with stock hubcaps and some nice turbine rims which I used. also included is a nice decal sheet with woody sides like on the box art. I may get another kit to use as a suicide door stock continental! beware as this can be a challenging build take your time and test fit everything. Happy Modelling!
