First Meng Kit, Really enjoyed building this and very satisfying. Extremely Detailed, Intricately moulded parts with NO flash whatsoever, minimal injection marks.PROS Very detailed instructions, Color Painting Guide, Alot of decal options including a captured Russian option. tedious at times, but that's how I like them.Very Pleased with the results. The Meng Panther A Late in 1/35 is an excellent model kit for this subject. Due to its plate on frame construction, the parts fitment is precise. To complete this build, I installed the Meng Panther A Late Production Zimmerit Decal Type 4 set. I was intimidated by the tracks included in the kit so I installed Trex Late Type resin tracks on this model. I used Mission Model acrylic paints to replicate the tri tonal paint scheme used on No. 613, 6th Company, 2nd Battalion, SS Panzer Division Wiking, Kowal, Poland, Summer 1944.The kit includes multiple optional parts. As the initial batch of products has been sold out, only the slide molded barrel can be had. A great model kit recommended for a builder with some airbrushing skills.
