This is one of several Oxford diecast I purchased. Did not know what to expect, but they are worth every penny. Stock photos do not do these justice. Super crisp details and painting...and the British Racing Green color looks spot-on to me. The other nice feature is the fully detailed interior complete with shifter knob and right hand steering (detailing in form, not painted). And most importantly for me, since these will be part of a city scene on an N-scale layout, the proportions and sizing look very accurate.

I have only recently discovered Oxford N scale vehicles. They have very acceptable detailing and are quite sturdy. What propels them to Excellent status is the low price. This MG is small, so if you want to place a driver in it, I suggest using 1:200 scale instead of 1:160. It gives contrast to the many 40s and 50s vehicles on my layout.

Nice to see that the product is not made of plastic and is made of metal. The product will be a nice addition to the lay out. Have purchased the other colors for the mg car.
